Maple Salad Dressing

Madava Sugar Maple, LLC, Dover Plains, NY

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cups pure NYS maple syrup
  (recommend grade A - very dark color & strong taste)
  

• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  

• 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  

• 1 cup olive oil
  

• Salt and pepper to taste
  

Directions:
Place vinegar, pure NYS maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper to taste into a blender. Pulse to combine, then add 1 cup olive oil in steady stream as you continue to blend.
